We built the International GPA Calculator to help international admissions professionals do their jobs faster, smarter, and with less friction. But the real magic happens when we get to watch you use it—when we hear what’s working, what’s confusing, and where we can do better.
That’s how this update came to life. Not as a big redesign. But as a quiet shift—one that we think will make your day easier.

Originally, the calculator was a single long form. It worked—especially for seasoned pros who are used to reviewing transcripts and just want to plug in data and go.
But for others—particularly new team members or first-time users—it was a bit overwhelming. The layout asked you to take in everything at once, without much breathing room or sense of progression. We started hearing the same things: “It’s a little much.” “I wish it guided me through.”
So we listened. And we responded.
Now, there are two ways to experience the same powerful tool—each designed for a different working style, both beautifully easy to use.

A gentle, step-by-step flow that walks you through each part of the process—student details, education system, course data, and finally, GPA. It’s still the same form under the hood, just broken down into clearer pieces.
Perfect if you’re new, onboarding a teammate, or just appreciate having a calm, organized path.
⚡ Full View Mode
All sections, all at once. No steps, no clicking forward—just everything you need right in front of you. Great for folks who already know the flow and want to move fast without interruption.
You’re not missing any features by switching modes—just choosing the layout that suits your brain best.
